If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (see contact details below) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. email or letter). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (such as downloadable soundsets), the right of withdrawal expires once the performance of the contract has begun. By completing your purchase and initiating the download, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
The billing and payment processing for your order are handled by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, FastSpring (Bright Market, LLC). Depending on your location, certain consumer protection rights may be administered by FastSpring in accordance with applicable law.
