Terms & Conditions (EULA)

By purchasing, downloading, or using our products, you agree to the following End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. Store and Merchant of Record

The billing, payment processing, and final legal transaction of your purchase are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, FastSpring. By completing a purchase, you also agree to FastSpring's terms of service provided during checkout.

2. License Grant (Royalty-Free)

The soundsets, patches, and presets (the "Products") provided by whatabaudio are licensed, not sold, to you. whatabaudio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Products in your own musical compositions, film scores, sound design projects, and multimedia productions (both commercial and non-commercial) completely royalty-free.

3. Restrictions (What you cannot do)

• You may not resell, re-license, distribute, or share the raw preset files or patches with third parties (e.g., uploading them to torrent sites, forums, or sharing them with other producers).
• You may not use our presets to create competitive products, such as new sample libraries, preset packs, or synthesis expansions.
• The license is granted to a single user. Studio licenses for multiple users require a separate agreement.

4. Requirements

Our Products are preset files for third-party software synthesizers (e.g., u-he Zebra 2). You must legally own a copy and a valid license of the respective third-party software to use our Products. whatabaudio is not affiliated with u-he or any other third-party software developer.

5. Disclaimer

The Products are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. whatabaudio is not liable for any data loss, software crashes, or project delays resulting from the use of our Products.
